When looking for a new event planner for your next corporate event it is important to interview your planner.

Here are just a few things to ask to make sure you are getting the right planner for the job:

1.  Can your event planner give you full cost prior to  hiring them for the job?

2.  How will my guest know what the details are for the event?

3.  Are they on call 24/7 during the event?

4.  Is there one point of contact throughout the entire planning process to the completion of your event?

When making the decision about the company who is going to handle this very important event make sure you hire the right company.
